Chuck Rich Productions agrees to provide video recording and post-production services based upon the mutually agreed upon

service requirements stipulated below. Modifications to this agreement shall be considered addendums to this contract, must be

in writing, signed and dated by all contractual parties concerned. Contractual addendums will likely nullify previously agreed upon

service fees and product delivery deadlines.

The signatory parties listed below agree upon a project fee of $___________ based upon the standard hourly rate of $35/hour.

In addition, the party contracting Church Rich Productions agrees to pay all expenses incurred by Chuck Rich Productions as a
